Low levels of DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), the hormone which regulates many other hormones, may be just what you need to counter CORTISOL. Cortisol, is a hormone which is produced by the body when under stress. It can also effect immunity, sleep, energy, and hold on to excess weight.
